In the last week or so, {DMF} went through several updates and I would just like to summarize them in the News section.
1. Our last forum script took a shit, so it was replaced with the current one. 2. Thanks to dfb, we were given permission to mod their rifle and use it on our server with custom skin and scope. 3. UT3 Server query has been made (similar to the one used for 2k4, but for ut3) 4. New portal (All the website stuff other than the forum itself).
Also for those of you that are new to UT3, we have all 3 patches in our download section. Get them fast and without any wait time.
Our old forums took a shit a few days ago.. The entire Admin side was rendered useless, so today when we actually needed to change something - we couldn't..
I've spent a good portion of the day converting the database to the new forum since it's a different script. Let me know if there are any errors - Overtime, more customization will be done i.e. shoutbox, graphics, youtube, etc...
The server is built & I have added some maps. I will add more over the next week or so. If anyone has a good DM Map that they see or know of, let me know & I will add it to the server. The server moves really similar to the 2k4 FT we had, this server has MUCH better graphics though. Same rules apply here, there are none...Come check it out, enjoy. Heres the IP:
